How old do you have to be?

When I went to South Africa I was 28 years old and there were people in the same program that were 18 years old and others Who were 55 to 65 years old. I had the same question when I was first signed up with IVHQ; my thinking was that it was more targeted towards those doing a gap year between high school and college but I found that its participants are as diverse in age as they are in identify.

Volunteers 18 years or older can participate on an IVHQ program alone. However, children under18 must be participating in a group with with a parent, guardian or family member who is 18 years or over.
