TTR Review - Best recruitment!

TTR changed my life!
I worked with Tomoko through my recruitment and placement. She was the best thing that could have happened to me. Her aid throughout the process was so helpful. During the process Tomoko constantly reassured and encouraged me, she made an effort to always check up on my well being, and supplied relevant and helpful information. Tomoko helped me reach my dream to teach in Japan. Without TTR I would not be where I am today. Tomoko has made a conscious effort to continue to check up on me and see how I am doing. Her support is incredible! Thank you TTR! I am living my best life now.

Pros
  • Helpful in supplying information
  • Supportive throughout the process

TTR - Tomoko was amazing to work with!

I had the amazing opportunity to move to Japan all because of the amazing support I received from Tomoko! I have spent many years traveling abroad, but it was a refreshing experience to have someone like Tomoko supporting me with the many steps of moving to a new country. It can feel overwhelming getting the many documents, requirements, and applications complete for a big world journey, but Tomoko made the process a breeze. She was kind, knowledgeable, and very patient! I highly recommend TTR!

Pros
  • Traveling and living in a new country
  • Very supportive and kind recruitment staff
  • Organized and knowledgeable with the many levels of moving to a new country. Great at breaking everything down and being there fro you when you have questions or concerns.

Tamaki TELF Recruitment (TTR)

Hii!
I’m Timesha from Barbados, W.I., and it’s a great pleasure to share my thoughts on TTR.
I came across TTR early on in my search for ESL recruitment agencies and was immediately drawn to it for the placement options across Asia.
I decided to apply after reading the reviews and noticing successful placements were found for persons from countries outside of the seven target English-speaking countries.
Throughout my journey to Japan Tomoko of TTR, was consistently professional and thorough, especially with preparing necessary documents and important deadlines.
Tomoko’s kind and approachable nature made it easy to ask questions which were always answered in a detailed and thoughtful manner.
When I arrived to Japan, I really appreciated her practical advice for clothing, medication, and communication. For example, I ordered a SIM card before arriving and picked it up on arrival. Doing this allowed me to navigate much easier and stay in contact with my family.
Like others Tomoko has helped, I appreciate her checking in with me after training and placement in Tokushima.
My experience with TTR has been wonderful and if you’re looking for the opportunity to explore some place new then I highly recommend TTR to you.

TTR is Great.

Tamaki Tefl Recruitment is really awesome. This was my first big move from Africa to Asia so naturally I was excited but also had many fears and concerns. Tomoko reassured me and patiently answered all my questions. She prepared me for life in Japan and I am very grateful for because of this the culture shock ddnt hit as hard.
My visa process also wouldnt have gone as smoothly without their help.
Once in Japan, they checked on me on arrival and continued to stay in touch. The level of care is the best and i really appreciate this support system.
Looking to take some time off, go abroad and teach as you explore and see the beauty of Asia? Try TTR they are great at what they do.
Looking forward to more awesome times ahead, thank you TTR.

Pros
  • Safest country ever
  • Adventure lovers will love it
  • The food is great

TTR changed my life

The process of finding employment, a supportive structure that facilitates not only a smooth transition can be very daunting and intimidating. However, TTR made the process so easy. TTR is a highly organized, efficient company that strives to help you find a the position that suits you and in the best location placement. Tomoko, is very attentive, and supportive - she answered any of my questions and would go the extra mile to always check up on me during the whole process, and as you know there will be A LOT of initial questions. It wa amazing to have a support structure before, during and after the moving stages, TTR would go as far as making sure I settled into the new country well and helping me find a phone carrier, which in Japan quite a hassle. I’m extremely grateful to have found TTR to make my move abroad a breeze. I highly recommend TTR to help you make a life changing step to moving to the country of your dreams :))

Pros
  • Rewarding Job
  • Learning about new cultures and cuisine
  • Making meaningful, lifelong relationships with people abroad
Cons
  • Culture shock
  • Homesickness
  • Language Barrier

TTR

Tomoko was very helpful in my recruiting. I had applied to many TEFL opportunities, and due in a large part to Tomoko's quick and useful correspondence I accepted a job in Japan. Other companies and recruiters would often be difficult to keep in contact and unable to give relevant information in a timely manner. With Tomoko she kept everything up to date and even kept in touch even after my arrival making sure everything went smoothly even after I had done my training with my new company. I am thankful for Tomoko's skill in recruiting which helped me land a great job in Japan.

Pros
  • Quick responses and information
  • Great location placement
  • After arrival check in
Cons
  • No cons

TTR is the Best!

Tamaki Recruitment was always helpful, patient and supportive from the 1st email i sent looking for a teaching job overseas to the time i settled in my apartment in Japan. The recruiter Tomoko Tamaki is the best, she communicated about every step, how hard or how easy it will be. She checked on my well being during the Covid 19 period hence for me it was that act of kindness that made me i realise i was in safe hands. Very professional and thorough in every step and process, she made sure i sent her the correct information and documents. Everything was outlined to me regarding the way of living in Japan what to expect and how i was to live, it prepared me socially and emotionally. Since being in Japan, Tamaki Recruitment still contact me to make sure I am doing well and happy. Tamaki Recruitment show concern about my wellbeing in Japan and continues to support me every step of the way. I will forever be grateful to Tamaki Recruitment, without Tamaki Recruitment i would have been a bird without wings. Thank you Tamaki Recruitment for everything, really appreciate it, you made my dream of coming to Asia a reality.

A1 work from Tomoko

Tomoko turned a complex process into something bite-sized, manageable, and deeply rewarding. As someone who had never traveled overseas before, I came to her with countless questions regarding teaching overseas---some existential, others purely technical. She always provided detailed answers in a swift and empathetic manner, making sure I understood exactly what to expect during this new undertaking. She also continued to correspond with me after I began work, offering affirmation and support despite already having fulfilled the essentials of her role. Whether you're a seasoned educator or a total beginner out of college like me, expect exceptional service if Tomoko is facilitating your transition.

Pros
  • Responsive and informative
  • Highly experienced
  • Compassionate

Questions & Answers

Hi Zac! I am pretty sure that everybody needs at least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) to get the Japanese work visa. I can't speak for the other countries though. Also, there could be exceptions, but you should verify with the Japanese immigration site info: https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html Hope it helped! Have a good one!
