About Program
Hi there! Our names are Raviv and Lori and we are in charge of the helpers in Kibbutz Bar'am.
A kibbutz is a cooperative community of people who work together as a group and share the rewards equally. Here we have the capacity for 55 helpers and have many from all around the world. Our helpers are a big part of what we do here and they work in various jobs across the kibbutz, including working in the orchards, the kitchen, in the apple factory and many more different and unique jobs working with Israelis and other helpers! Our helpers work 5 days a week.
In return we offer a minimum wage as well as a free buffet of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as free laundry done for you, free accommodation and free trips to see amazing places around Israel! We also have a great local pub that we open every Tuesday and Friday and have many parties throughout the year for everyone to enjoy together! We welcome you to our kibbutz!
