Job Summary
· 24 hours per week - Monday to Friday
· Cambridge Exam Preparation
· Levels: Pre-A1 Starters, A1 Movers, A2 Flyers, KET, PET, FCE, CAE, and CPE (according to experience)
· Monthly salary plus accommodation & Wi-Fi
Qualifications
· Celta or TEFL/TESOL Certificate is preferred but not essential
· Teaching experience especially with Cambridge exams + curriculum is strongly preferred
· Confident and able to have fun with YOUNG children (5+) is paramount
Responsibilities
· Prepare students to take Cambridge Exams
· Responsible for making lesson plans following our syllabus and using the books we provide
· Teach a range of ages, from very young learners (5+) to teenagers and adults
Salary and Benefits
Accommodation will be provided in a 2 bed shared flat in Pomigliano D'Arco REQUIRED to live here (a fairly large town about 30 minutes from Naples by train)
The rent and internet will be paid by the company, but you are responsible for the utility bills, condominium fees and cleaning costs (mandatory every 15 days).
Airport transfers are free when you arrive and at the end of the year
Training is provided and our Head Teacher is available to help and support staff
There is a staff room where we meet weekly, where you can find all resources that you can use in your lessons (eg. flashcards, games, etc.).
You are issued with your own bag, speaker and coursebooks, and other swag!
Classes usually start at 3:30 pm and finish around 8:30 pm. (2 lessons last 2 hours, except for morning classes).
Lessons are held online, in private homes or in public schools and you are driven to and picked up after each lesson by a driver.
You will always have 2 consecutive days off: Saturday - Sunday
Christmas and Easter; holidays are paid as well as Italian national holidays
Net salary is 1000,00 euros; (+200 for each month paid at the end of the contract).
Each extra hour will be paid 12,50 euros net
