About Program
The Monterey Institute proudly offers Peace Corps Master's International programs in three master's degrees:
Development Practice and Policy
Master of Public Administration (MPA)
MA in International Environmental Policy
MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MATESOL)
Students spend two or three semesters on campus in preparation for the 27 months of overseas service in the Peace Corps. Upon completion of service, Master's International students return to the Monterey Institute campus to complete a required project for graduation, based on the Peace Corps assignment. Master's International students will also receive a half tuition waiver to be used towards tuition in their final semester on campus.
