About Program
Our two main projects in Romania are the 'Christmas Around the World' and 'Let's Move' projects.
Christmas Around the World is a project that aims to bring better winter holidays to underprivileged children. Volunteers will be spending time with orphaned children, taking care of them and involving them in different games, activities and lessons. You will have the opportunity to design workshops to stimulate the children's creativity, improve their English skills, and raise awareness of multiculturalism.
The main of Let's Move is to better prepare Romanian university students for the workforce. Through delivering workshops to first and second year students in the University of Bucharest, volunteers will develop the students' soft skills, in order to make them more employable in the modern workforce. Before the course starts, volunteers will also help with the promotion of the project, to engage as many students as possible.
