Thank you for helping make our trip to china amazing. Each guide was extremely informative and helpful. We have loved our experience. We forgot to turn in two of our guides sheets. We want to make sure they get credit for being excellent guide. Lancy in Guillin was great. We would give her all 5's . Sissy in Shanghai was extremely knowledgable and sweet also. Eva, Thank you very much for your e-mail. I really appreciate all of your help again. We are in the process of moving so I don't have time to do a good job with the survey in the next week, and I would rather do a good job than a quick job. Thus, we'll send it back to you in the next month with some nice comments. While I appreciate your offer to give me a commission or something, that is completely unnecessary. Please just do a great job as you always do and give my friends guides with strong scores. I will certainly be back in China at some point and look forward to booking with you then. If you do not receive our survey back in a few weeks, e-mail me to remind me. We absolutely LOVED Guilin, and I??m sure everything is going very well there (and hopefully drying out). Matt

Sorry it took me so long to reply, I had a few other places to visit just after I returned from China. Just wanted to let you know I had a great trip and was very impressed with the service received from CHT. Dear Sunny, I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip on the Victoria Queen. The entire trip was perfect!! The transportation you suggested was excellent. You were right, it would have been a distaster to have trip to get to the boat ourselves. Also our guide in Chongqing was terrific. He took us to a restaurant for a barbeque style meal that was quite tasty and very memorable. When I returned home I found our "comment card" in my purse. Evidently I forgot to leave it at the desk (we had paid the tips on our credit card) when we departed the ship. Therefore, I would be very appreciative if you would pass along our comment that we felt the ship was "First Class" in every way. The staff was absolutely delightful and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Their bright cheery attitudes, smiles and commitment to learning our names supported their obvious commitment to excellence. In addition to the fabulous service, we found the food to be very good with plenty of choices, the shore excursions very well done, by very knowledgeable guides and the shows on board very entertaining. I also want to compliment the individuals that gave lectures, as they were very informative, as well. It was a terrific vacation "higholight" for us during our stay in China. thank you again for your good service. Again, please pass along my compliments to the entire staff of the Victoria Queen.
